Meditation is the art of channelizing your sense and focussing your mind for a certain period to bring calmness to your body and soul. More importantly, in mindful meditation, there are no judgments of what kind of thoughts you allow to pass through your mind.

Transcendental meditation

Transcendental meditation might sound complicated, but it is a relatively easy and comfortable style of meditation technique to adapt to. In this technique, we take a word, phrase, a mantra, or a spiritual sound, and repeat it in the iteration in a specific way. It does not take too long either and is not a complicated process. Fifteen to twenty minutes every day is more than enough time to set aside for it. It is a relaxing and restful technique that allows your senses to engage in a dialogue with yourself without excessively thinking about something. People opt for this technique as it is the best way to achieve the goal of achieving inner peace.
